The rules that apply when you browse this website or reserve a vehicle.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ray Blessed Auto Sales (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing a reservation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Vehicle listings
We describe every vehicle in good faith — photographs, specifications, mileage and condition notes are verified during inspection. Minor variations can occur and listed equipment may differ by trim. If a material error in price or description is discovered, we contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund of any deposit.
All vehicles are used unless expressly stated otherwise and are sold with the history disclosed on the listing.
3. Reservations and deposits
Paying the deposit shown at checkout reserves that specific vehicle for you and removes it from sale. The deposit forms part of the purchase price; the remaining balance is due on delivery or pickup as set out in our Refund & Deposit Policy.
4. Payment
Deposits are payable through the payment methods shown at checkout. Balances are payable by the method we confirm with you (bank transfer, certified funds or another agreed method) before handover. Ownership of a vehicle passes only when the full purchase price has been received.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter a purchase contract, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you or your representative will be available for handover at the agreed time and place.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any reservation or purchase is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
